Oval-shaped wooden bell attached at both sides with rope to a small v-shaped yoke; large wooden clapper suspended by rope inside. Bell and tongue-like clapper give a zoomorphic impression; bell's opening is mouth-like and the sides where rope is attached are ear-shaped.

There is a metal ball attached to the inside of the dome by metal wire. The outside of dome is decorated with a leaf designs emphasized with red and black.
