Rectangular in plan view, one surface (bowl's interior) is smooth and concave, exterior is convex and battered. Object appears to be the base (with opening) of the bowl. There is another artifact with this exact number. It is a hammerstone, and it is entered as W1/20/3462-B.

Object seems to be a bowl fragment; One flat rounded surface (base) is almost perpendicular to adjacent surface, which is rounded and convex. Opposite surface of object is concave and rounded. Abrasions on concave surface.
