One rectangular reddish brown clay brick with a slight intentional rectangular depression in the top surface. Brick has many chips, as well as splashes of green paint and white accretions.

Named Fort Nuñez Gaona after Admiral Manuel Nuñez Gaona, then a high ranking naval official. The first white settlement in Washington State. Complete brick made of cream coloured, unbaked clay. A rectangular panel of cuneiform was stamped on the front and one of the sides.
Fragment of a square brick made of yellowish clay. Incised with a rectangular panel of cuneiform on the front and one of the sides. The back has a large quantity of bitumen adhered to it.

This object was labeled with a duplicate catalog number by AINW. To correct this, catalog entries were adjusted by adding additional digits preceded by a dash (i.e. -1, -2, etc.) to the end of the number by the Burke Museum. Grant J. Snitker 04/20/2011
