Chipped stone tool is made out of chert and is bifacially flaked. Appears to have originally been a point that was later turned into a scraper. Original bag stated: "found on surface, on sandy moist soil along bank of river (Columbia)," "Crescent Bar at Cordes Junction," "Eastern Wash.," and "7/4/61." (S. Iles, 4/20/2004) Robert Greengo identified that "Cordiss Junction is (was) probably a point on the Burlington Northern railroad that runs from Wenatchee to the east, very near Crescent Bar and Trinidad," WA. Fitzgerald identified this material as orginating from the Cordiss Junction general vacinity, however, based on the site number, this material does not appear to be from the Cordiss Junction area. The material appears to be from an area several miles south of Cordiss Junction. (S. Iles 5/18/04)

Artifact is possibly a chipped stone tool. It is made out of basalt and is possibly flaked. Original bag stated: "above headquarters," "found on surface of sandy dry beach," "cobble chopper," "J.M.F.," and "7/3/61." (S. Iles, 4/20/2004)

A red chert with black banding point or drill with a contracting, convex base. The tip/bit is broken and missing. The point was wrapped in paper on which was noted: "Arrowhead Whidbey Island, Washington Red obsidian Herman Wanamaker Gift December 10, 1944 02-4" KJG February 2000
Peculiarly shaped chipped forms. Remarks: Number of specimens in upper left corner was recorded by Frank Barnett who checked the material in 1939 while working at the museum as a volunteer.* Previous count shows 102 objects, of which 62 could be located. These are from Goldendale, and consist of: Obsidian objects: 5 obsidian cresents, one single barbed obsidian knife, one obsidian point with teeth on sides, one obsidian side notched point with a split stem, one obsidian side notched (concave based) point and an obsidian drill. Chert objects: 34 single barbed chert chipped stone tools, 8 couble barbed on one side chipped stone (knives?), 1 corner and medial notched chert point, 1 notched twic on each side chert point, two corner notched and split stemmed chert points, one lanceolate chert point, one chippoed stone chert tool, on side-notched chert point, two stemmed chert points.
