Detail in split u and eyes is crosshatched. Background is diagonally lined with a scalloped inner edge of border. Narrower side borders have four rows of two floral decorated circles, a larger circle with an ovoid with two u forms (mirror each side), three rows of two floral decorations, repeat of larger circle (mirrored), three rows of two floral decorations, and larger (mirrored) four rows of two floral decorations. Diagonal lines across ground of each. Pencil inscription along the bottom edge reads 'Buttons Lyle Wilson'. The drawing is on a vertically rectangular, grey paper piece.

Small head on the back with a series of three ovoids to a fluked tail. Arms and legs end in two digits.
