Octopus figure consisting of a stuffed light brown cloth with circular, bone button eyes and braided cedar bark tentacles. The cloth forms a round head and a square shaped neck, the fabric has remnants of red colouring. The mouth is triangular in shape and made with a strip of braided cedar bark. Small strips of skin are sewn around the cedar bark tentacles at the top and bottom of each braid. A few small pieces of feather are adhered to the skin.

The vases are joined at the top where there is a projecting shape, square with four parallel raised bands as viewed from the top, and a rectangular platform at the base. A hole runs through the square projection from side to side and the figure is glazed in light bluish-green.
