Fire cracked rock. Field Specimen Inventory indicates object is a core.
Blackened, fissured, round flat cobble, slightly ovoid in plain view. Areas of red color.
Brown fractured pebble with many potlids, nearly square in cross section. At the wider end, more circular at the narrower end.
Rocks have no apparent modifications--may be fire-cracked; charcoal fragmented. Bag marked, "2d bag E2, level bag 5.0-5.5'." Box with charcoal inside marked, "45-KL-Butler Survey, E2, 5.0-5.5ft, charcoal." 5+
Igneous cobble is roughly triangular in cross-section. Object consists of two glued pieces, fracture scar on end of one of pieces suggests that part of object is missing. Two flake scars adjacent to open fracture surface; smaller fracture scars on opposite, rounded end. Compact, rounded area along object edge, near glued fracture is slightly depressed and smooth (ground). Portions of surface near rounded end are blackened.

Possible fire modified rock - cracked. Bag marked, "Hammerstone 39"N, 20"W/E4, 6" under large boulder, 6" back from edges of (?), Depth 4.6+1.5=6.1."
