One clear glass bottle with prescription neck finish and blake base profile. Two vertical mold seams run from cup-bottom mold seam to within .25" of finish. Red, brown, grey and black discoloration on interior and exterior. Two chips from neck finish, one shallow and one deep, leaving about half of finish intact. L. Penttila 3/29/2010
