Pair of hide gloves, or gauntlets, that reach to the lower forearm. On the back of the hand and wrist are designs in moose hair tufting, dyed in a variety of colours and placed to make flowers and leaves. Around the wrist area and around the upper edge of the gloves are wide strips of fur. There is a long hide fringe along the outer edge of each and the inside of each glove is lined with a green cotton fabric from the opening to the wrist.

Pair of soft beaded hide gloves, or gauntlets, that reach to mid forearm. On the back of the hand are three lines of beads, white and red, with the two outer lines holding three green leaves each. On the back of the wrist is a white beaded flower with dark red centre and accent. It has two vines in the same colours, also with three green leaves per vine. On the outside wrist edge of each glove is a long hide fringe. The top cuff of the glove is rounded, while the underside cuff is straight. The wrist portion of the glove is decorated front and back as well as top and bottom with scalloped edging.

Pair of beaded hide gloves, or gauntlets, with a fringe at the cuffs. The beaded pattern on each cuff has pink, light-pink, and red flowers with green leaves. On the top portion of each palm are three lines of beads of interchanging colours with orange. Each glove is marked D.N.S. in marker on the underside of the cuff and has a plastic tag adhered to the inside that reads “Stanley.” Both gloves are lined with a floral cotton fabric.

Pair of smoked moosehide beaded gloves, or gauntlets. Each glove has a fringe on the outer edge and a beaded floral pattern on the top side.

Glove of plain weave cotton fiber with tapestry-woven imagery in cotton and dyed camelid fibers. Decoration includes typical Wari elements such as fingernail tips, feline figures with split eyes, and profile feline heads with curved noses. The central human figure is Moche in style with a tumi knife headdress, serpent-headed belt and warrior backflap, and a shield and ceremonial goblet held in the figure's hands. Condition: fair; the plain-weave cotton structure is damaged with about 10% of glove missing especially around the wrist.

These hide gloves are European styled. They have blue beads in a stripe around the thumb and in two stripes up the back of the glove. Inside the blue bead stripes are beaded plant forms of light green, red and dark green.

The fingers are made from a separate pieces of hide sewn onto the hand piece. Red strips of wool cloth follow the lines of the hand, along the base of knuckles, in the palm and at the wrist. The wrists are bordered with a band of red wool cloth, and strips of cream and dark cropped hide and snippets of red wool. An outer strip at the wrist is wolverine hide and is coloured with ochre on the skin side.
