Thick, short jacket that goes on over the head (no front opening). It has pink silk(?) on the arms and chest, with a bottom panel of flowers and foliage on a white background. Around the neck is a large, elaborate collar made of multi-coloured beads that sits on the chest and shoulders. Similar beading is attached to each sleeve at the wrist. Inside each cuff and around the neck is an encircling piece of thick paper to keep the area stiff. The neck and cuffs of the garment are made of black fur.
