AMEC Analysis: Part: Whole Bottle Type: Whiskey/Liquor Date Range: 1810 to 1890 Neck Finish: Lipping Tool Color: Brown Decoration: Paper One olive green glass liquor bottle with round base and straight brandy or wine finish. The bottle has a three part dip mold with a circular seam mold at the shoulder and two seams extending up to the collar. Some bubbles are present in the glass above and below the shoulder seam. There are a few abrasions on the outside of the bottle. Clay like accretion on collar and neck. J. Dougherty 02/22/2010

AMEC Analysis: Part: Whole Date: 1906 Neck Finish: Lipping Tool One aqua glass liquor bottle with round bottom. Finish is similar to reinforced extract finish, though round rim is below finish, instead of at top. Also similar to straight brandy or wine finish, except that bottom ring is much larger and extends beyond the width of the rest of the finish area. Post bottom mold. Mold seams include: circular seam on base, two seams extending to approx. 0.5 inches below the collar. Maker's Mark embossed on bottom reads: A. B. Co. C 6 Bubbles present in glass. Dried substance present on inside and outside of bottle and slight abrasions on outside of bottle. Crazing present throughout body of bottle. J. Dougherty 02/22/2010

Mold seams include: circular seam on bottom, two seams extending up both sides of bottle through the top of the finish, circular seam just below the collar. "R 108" embossed on lower side. Mold seams include: horizontal cup-bottom mold seam and two side mold seams extending up to the bottom of the finish. Flask shape indicative of bottles holding liquor. Bubbles present in the glass.
