Luzbel devil costume mask. Mask features a large greenish-brown devil face (part a), with sunken red and orange eyes, pointed red and white ears, and two large curled horns (parts b-c) extending out from his forehead. The face is wrapped by four snakes(?), two on each side. A small gold devil is held in his teeth, with two small removable horns (parts g-h) with each arm being bitten by a snake. Standing on the head, and extending down over the face is a winged lizard-like creature, with a skeleton seated on its back, and holding two snake tails in its teeth. The skeleton's head is removable (part b) and the wings are removable (parts c-d). Interior has handwritten message.
Luzbel devil costume mask (part a) with large removable horns (parts b-c). The primary face is black with red, orange, and blue markings outlined in small white dots. On each side of the head are pointed ears, situated below holes for the horns. The mouth is open, exposing sharp teeth and large canines. The large blue eyes are bulging out, outlined in red. A small blue winged creature with large fangs is where the forehead and nose should be. The creature's talons extend down over the nose. There is a single small hole on either side of the mouth and behind each ear, through which string is tied. The back is unpainted, and has artist's name written in black felt.
Carved wooden mask painted bright blue and blue-green with red and dark blue markings. Curled gold sheep(?) horns are attached to the top by nails. Mouth is open wide with long pointed teeth and an orange rolled leather tongue. The large slanted yellow with red eyes have circular holes cut through. The brow ridge is painted dark blue and red. Large pointed ears are on either side of the head, with a single hole through each ear and one more hole through the centre of the forehead. 'La Pirana' is written in black felt on the back.
Large devil-dragon mask. Carved wooden mask painted orange-yellow and green, with horsehair attached to the chin. Large mouth with sharp teeth. The face is painted with scales. A gold with black tip pointed ridge extends down the centre of the face to the large flared green nose. Two large curled green horns extend out to the side, and a single gold horn extends straight up from the top of the ridge. The dragon has large pointed ears.
Carved and painted wood mask. Dome-shaped head with two large curved horns - one orange, and the other off-white. Below the horns, on either side, are two large folded ears. On top of the dome, two small raised circular eyes, separated by a triangular design, which extends into a large human-like nose. The flat mouth is wider the the head, and has a wide opening between the jaw. Two holes are drilled through the rim of the mask on each side, with a string tied through the top two holes.
Large dance mask (part a). The wooden mask is oval-shaped, and painted black. Rectangular holes are cut for both the eyes and mouth. Surrounding the mask is a large amount of plant material simulating hair, which is attached to both the mask and wooden frame. The mask is adorned with a headdress consisting of a red woven band, three rows of small circular shells, a single row of cone shells, the remnants of a row of red feathers, and topped with rows of black feathers. A wide strap of plant fibre extends back around the head, and is decorated by four shells on each end. A rattan frame extends down to each side of the mask, with woven fibre and strings of shells attached. Three similar dance wands (parts b-d) of red feathers and bird skin, one of which is still mounted on a wooden handle (part b). An ornament (part e), composed of three pieces that are tied together - a bundle of black feathers, a wrapped stick with a piece of bone, feathers and metal, and another pointed stick piercing a ball-like decoration.
Large mask of wood. The eyes are inlaid cowrie shells with painted designs extending out from a star-like centre. Large protruding nose has pig tusks extending out of each nostril, with a string of bird feathers attached on both sides. The forehead, nostrils and chin are decorated with red clay inlaid with small white shells. Long black cassowary feathers extend out of the top of the head. The jaw is lined with a fringe of plant fibre. The face is painted with concentric curved lines extending out from the eyes, and the ears are painted with stripes and have many holes in a vertical line. The back of the mask is painted black.
Mask made mainly of plant fibre and clay, bordered with dark feathers, decorated with shell and teeth. At the top, there is a head of coconut shell(?) with a long, curled nose and puckered lips of clay with pig teeth inset, and large shell pieces for eyes. The forehead is outlined by two rows of inset shells, and man large pieces of shells decorate the head. Below the face is a vertical line of shells, the largest at the top. The outer edge of the mask has a repeating design of two rows of small inset shells, spaced with a larger shell in between every other row. The back of the mask is an open framework of wood and woven plant fibres.
