Skirt Panel3052/20 a-b

Two rectangular skirt panels (parts a-b), identical but for a slight difference in size (part of a girl’s costume with 3052/18-24). Panels are woven of red, yellow and black thread, in horizontal lines of colour. The side and bottom edges are lined with a thick, dark purple braid (the braid on part ‘a’ stops 6 cm from top of weaving on one side). Two long ties are attached at the upper corners. These are braided from wool in orange, red, yellow and green, with a small tassel at each end made of the remnant wool.
