Plaque is framed with red-brown wood in a circular frame with floral, curvilinear, filigree-like carving. Matching filigree-like carved stand (b) with six feet supports the plaque.

Plaque is enclosed within an elaborately carved, circular, wooden, frame-like structure that stands on six scrolling feet. Carved from the same wood in the same intricate, sinuous manner is a supportive stand (part b) for the plaque and wooden frame.
