Small pouch of plaited pandanus fibre. Rectangular in shape woven with many different patterns all over. The flap and rim of the opening are decorated with angled fringe. Two thin plaited cords extend out from either end of the flap, and both continue through the weaving . A long plaited carry strap is attached from the upper corners of the pouch, extending down through the centre of the flap, and then tied on either corner of the flap.

Very small beaded purse. Round bag is made of leather, fully beaded front and back with glass beads, brown and translucent, in a pattern of concentric circles. Around bottom edge is a scalloped line of pink beads, with a double line of yellow edging both sides of the bag’s mouth. Interior is undecorated.

Leather purse. Bag is rectangular, rounded on bottom edges, with a long, braided leather shoulder strap. The bag is constructed out of a single piece of leather, folded to create two compartments and a flap at front. Sides of compartments are sewn. A long shoulder strap of braided leather is attached at top corners and tassels made of crimped leather hangs from corners as well as centre bottom of flap. The front of the bag is decorated with linear tooling, and lines in black.

Rectangular felt pouch (part a). Red stitching covers the outer edges of the pouch flap and body. On the back is embroidered a red hummingbird design with an abalone button for the eye. An abalone button is also used at the front for closing. Inside the pouch is a white woven bag (part b) with a red fabric underlay (part c).

Small purse, or pouch, made of furred squirrel and rabbit skin. Exterior of pouch is constructed with vertical strips of alternating brown squirrel skin and grey rabbit skin, with two strips placed horizontally around neck of bag. Base is flat, made of tough moose skin. Mouth closes with leather thongs. Interior is lined with red with white polka dots cotton fabric.

Small square purse. Two pieces of dark green cotton have been sewn together on three sides to create the small bag. A single piece of wool floss is attached at both sides of the mouth to make a handle, and the same is bunched to make small tassels at each corner. Bag is decorated with lines of zigzag stitching in a variety of colours and sizes. At bottom edge and top corners, strings of small white seeds are sewn into the seam and hang as fringe. The same seeds make a cross pattern on the bag, front and back. Interior is unlined.
