Rectangular paper scroll attached at both ends to wooden rolls. Attached to the smaller roll is a black-white tie. The larger roll is covered with brown paper. The scroll is yellow paper with a silver paint applied to the front, allowing yellow features to show through. In the centre a rectangular piece of white paper is adhered. On the paper are two large black characters with a thin line of script down one edge and two red squares.

Two red square stamps in opposite corners.

One red seal is on the top corner while two red seals are at the opposite bottom corner. The calligraphy has a cream-coloured border of patterned fabric. There is a semi-cylindrical rod at the top with a beige cord bound by metal wire and cream-coloured fabric with a brown cloth ribbon. There is a cylindrical rod weight at the bottom covered with blue, red, and yellow patterned fabric.
