There are horizontal bands embroidered between each row, with exception to the top two. Each band is composed of stripes of pastels colours. The top short edge of the textile has a short fringe, while the bottom short edge has long fringe.

Cotton shawl. Textile takes the shape of a vest, with a long front-piece open at centre, arm holes at shoulder, and long side slits from bottom. A stand-up collar is edged in red and heavily embroidered on the outside in light yellow-green and red. A grey braid edges the vest, and interior of garment is also light grey.

Finely woven shawl. On a black ground are dense stripes made of sketch-style white lines, running the length of the textile. At each end sits a panel of loosely woven fibre, much like lace, with linear and diamond designs incorporated. The panels are finished with a fringe at each end.

Light brown shawl woven from twisted plant fibre, with dark brown and red-brown dyed fibre incorporated into the weave and used to create patterning. Patterns are in horizontal lines running the length of the shawl and include ladders and diamonds, among other motifs. Long dense fringe is looped at one end, and cut at the other.

Long woven garment decorated in a pattern of horizontal stripes, in colours of green, yellow, orange, blue and purple. Full colour stripes alternate with stripes incorporating black zig zags. At each end of the shawl hangs a dense fringe of tassels created from the ends of the shawl fibres.

Long shawl or scarf. Textile made of thin cotton, coloured in horizontal stripes of red, yellow, green, blue and tan. Tan leaf shapes are embroidered across the surface. Each end has heavy embroidery in similar colours, showing a pattern of diamond shapes. Long multicoloured fringe emerges from both ends.

Ends have panels of embroidery in the same colours, with large diamonds between square borders. Fringe hangs from each end. Underside shows the knotting of the stitches.
