Bone tool made of a section of bone that has been shaved and worked into a thin, rectangular blade, culminating in a slightly wider sharp-edge. Striations from the shaving can be seen on the blade, as well as deep scratches in ‘x’ patterns, square patterns, and random lines. One half of the tool is wrapped thickly with a type of fabric, possibly covered in something like resin(?), to form a handle.
