Squat brown and black stoneware vase. Deep lines down mid-section shift round body into a square with a wider roll on top and bottom. Overhanging lip is topped with four round balls. Four low feet are attached to base. Maker's mark on back near base.
Dark green jug-shaped stoneware vase with lugs for handles. Round top is attached to larger rectangular body with lipped base. Xs halved by a horizontal line circle the rim. Curved lines carved around the top of each side meet vertical lines that extend to the base. Maker's mark under left lug.
Stoneware vase with two side lobes or 'wings.' The wings have rounded bodies tapering to flat edges that are pointed at the top corners, and then curve down to meet round flat pedestals. The two wings are attached to a bumpy diamond shaped core. The inside of the hollow core is shaped like an irregular tube. Stylised signature on base.

Dark blue porcelain vase. A tall vase with a gold rimmed lip, short neck, and flaring round shoulder that narrows through the body to a small base. The exterior is a shiny dark blue; the interior and bottom are white. A gold seal is shown on the exterior just below the shoulder.
Classic wedding vase with incised water serpent (Avanyu) designs. Madeline Naranjo started potting in the 1930s. This work is made from red clay in the traditional hand coiled manner then stone polishedand carved before open firing it. Pots would remain red in the final color except she smothers the fire at the height of firing process to achieve black.
