The bowl is decorated with a burned design of dots and the lip has been burnt to a dark brown colour. The end of the handle is has been decorated with a burnt design of dots and bands.

Cylindrical flared coiled cedar root basket (bifurcated stitches) with foot. Watch-spring base construction, slat body construction. Fully imbricated in cat-tail grass (?) with diagonal stepped design of alternating rows of black and red triangles with a diagonal line of cat-tail grass (?) unning the full length of each band. Foot is beaded in cherry bark. Small fibre loop attatched to one side, broken from other side. Looped border atop rim at one time.
