Cube-shaped lantern with paper on a wooden frame (part a). Top is open and has handle attached to it. Side has one sliding panel. A cover (part b) with carved motifs of the sun and moon slides directly over lantern to block out excess light. Lantern: ecru-coloured paper and red lacquer with a black base. Cover: black lacquer. Label reads "Made in Japan."

Vase (a) with two handles on a tripod base with animal motif legs. One side has landscape scene with two human and other side has two houses in landscaper scene. All in slight relief. Dark brown finish. Tray (b) rests on top and in centre has a cup that hangs down and fits into a central hole in the vase.

Standing warrior figure with a pink face. His black hair it tied up with white hair flowing down and an elaborate headdress. dressed in an armoured suit of red, orange, and black. He is holding a bow in his right hand.

Sake container (a) with tapering cylinder shape and two arms that protrude upwards that are joined by a crossbar that acts as a handle. The container is also held together with four bands of twisted bamboo, two at the top edge, and two at the base. A stopper (b), also a tapering cylinder, fits into a hole in the the lid (part c). Reddish-brown finish overall.

Rectangular shaped basin with four legs and two animal like handles. Designs of leaves, flowers, and a bird on both long sides. Dark patina ? or finish. Unmarked.

Rectangular box with lid that can be locked; there are bail-type handles on both ends; black characters are on inside bottom and underside of lid. Label on bottom says made in Japan; label on top of lid says 45; tag on one handle has two characters and 45.

Plain navy blue narrow leggings with lighter blue ties.

White-yellow rectangular strip of fabric. A cardboard label is attached to one end by a fibre cord that is looped through a metal grommet. One side of the label has a handwritten inscription that reads "Hachimuki," and on the other side, there is a large number "2" printed in bold in the centre and Japanese characters underneath.
