Cloth folded to look like a small blue jacket. Around the neck and centre opening is a black band with white symbols. On the upper front are knotted orange and white thread. On the upper back is a circular white crest. Below the crest are two white origami cranes. Around the lower front and back is a border of thin white symbols. The inside has white cotton lining with large blue symbols.

Center circular panel of bowl has three cranes in water an flowers. Smaller panels on the side are lobed and have human figures and landscape designs. Floral and arabesque designs decorated the whole of the bowl. All in polychrome on a green ground. Wooden stand.

Priests in sitting position decorate the front panel of the vase; the other panel is decorated with standing priest making offerings and reading a scroll; geometric paterns around rim and base; the remainder of the vase is decorated in floral patterns. All in polychrome. Pair.

Oval-shaped ink pot with a curved hollow handle. Ink pot has a hinged cover which gives access to the ink-pot and the penholder. A brown string is looped around in between the ink pot and the handle.

Long wooden knife that tapers to a sharp pointed end. A rice plant and a duck in flight are designs that have been carved on the shaft of the knife. A long silk tassel and netsuke are attached at the end. The tassel attaches to the knife through a hole at the end and wraps around the handle of the knife along with a piece of olive green silk fabric.

Circular saucer-like stand with rod-shaped holder protruding from center. Paper label reads "Made in Japan". There is also an inscription in ink underneath the base.

Mask depicting human face: fat cheeks, protruding forehead, small nose, mouth and eyes. Hairline is black, lips are pink. Incised mark on inside at bottom on side.

Face depicts a deity, and has exaggerated features. Face is pale green with open, red mouth, wide eyes, and long beard made of black hair.

Distorted face mask representing the devil (embodiment of absolute evil in Noh theatre). Mask has projecting gold horns, large mouth, gold teeth, red tongue, white forehead and black hair.

Mask that represents the distorted face of a deity: Kura-hije (dragon god); has golden bulbous eyes, green moustache, goatee beard, gold teeth, red tongue, brown skin. Nose and eye openings. Incised markings on the back.
