The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Pearly queen costume cravat. Three wide layers of overlapping white, flowery lace are attached to a circular piece of white fabric backing. The cravat is attached around the wearer’s neck by a plain white fabric collar with a velcro closure at back.
Large woven string bag (bilum). Bag is constructed of plant fibre string, loosely woven in order to allow the bag to be expandable. Its shape is wide at the shoulder, narrowing toward a rounded bottom. The mouth is wide, edged with a wrapped stich. The bag is coloured in stripes of a variety of pinks, purple, green and tan. The upper two corners of the bilum extend into long handles, unattached, that each culminate in a variety of cotton fabrics, plain, coloured and patterned, tied to the handle ends. Small bits of dyed pink feather down are intertwined in the thread at the centre front.
