A soft rattle emanates from the body when the instrument is shaken.

Bulbous, oval pot in the shape of a bird(?). Pot has a small mouth with a flaring rim and a straight neck. The neck is decorated with protruding eyes and what could be a beak, as well as rounded protrusions to the sides. Brown and orange pigment emphasizes the face and decorates the rear portion. The body is oval, with three small oval protrusions below the midway mark, and is painted with curving lines, dots and circles in brown and orange. The bottom of the pot is rounded.

At the bottom are two small conical feet, directly below the arms.
