Pieces of gray foam line the interior surface and a synthetic string attaches to top and sides through metal eye hooks.

The head wrap is a piece of unsewn fabric with a repeating pattern of blue flowers or pinwheel shapes in the background, and rows of red, blue and white squares with an elephant in blue outline within them, along with text in English. These squares alternate with red text written in Twi.

Hollow, yellow-brown fox-faced figure with four arms is the representation of AVAREZA (Portuguese for greed), one of the 'seven sins'--the sin name is carved into the base front, with "JR" at the back. The figure has a basket hanging from each of the lower arms and is clutching five birds while eating another one.
