Rectangular white paper with pink abstract shapes. The shapes are all rounded, with the exception of a couple curved rods. At one end of the paper, "Mitsukoshi" is printed on a rod and written on a round shape in black. At the other end, "Mitsukoshi" is again printed and written, but in white. Handwritten in blue pen in one corner is "To Miss Smith From Terrto Fajikawa".
