Two red rectangular panels, finely pleated to blue waist band; blue hem band; coarse plain weave with unmatched front panel of finer weave; machine sewn; embroidered from hip to hem with closely-spaced large, multi-coloured circles with contrasting centres, white cross stitch, and groups of three small circles.
