Description

A design consisting of four figures encircled by a blue border. A blue and red whale is shown at the bottom of the image with a black and red thunderbird with an orange beak above the whale. The bird's two/three-feathered wings extend into sea snakes that have red and orange heads with long red tongues. The bird's head is in profile and is facing to its right.
