Description

Tied at one end, the long skin bag is beaded on both sides. One side has a design that consists of four geometric shapes, one in each quadrant. Each geometric shape has an upper portion that consists of a downward pointing, green triangle with three red-tipped, dark blue protuding lines above and a lower portion that consists of a square, green arch-like shape that has a dark blue cross at each of the two bottom corners. Five red-tipped, dark blue crosses form a vertical line along the middle in between the geometric shapes. The other side has a design that consists of four similar geometric shapes, one in each quadrant, but with the upper two being closer to the middle. Each of these different geometric shapes has an upper portion that consists of dark blue and purple cross with a green base and a red bow-tie-like shape and a lower portion that consists of a square arch-like shape that is red along its inner most half and dark blue along its outer most half with a downward pointing, dark blue prong-like shape at the bottom outer most corner while another red one connects the two geometic shapes side-by-side together. Four vertical, green bands form a vertical line along the middle in between these different geometric shapes. Trim of red, white, and blue quills are wrapped around strips of rawhide and tassels are sewn on the bottom of the above strips. Decorations also of tin bells with red tassels.
