Description
Painting on paper of a war canoe with bird motif on the side; three dark green maple leaves extending from top of canoe. Designs inside leaves are (from left to right): killer whale, raven, and kingfisher. Leaves are highlighted with olive green and dark blue. Two orange maple leaves are underneath canoe, protruding from bottom edge of painting; both have thunderbirds inside them. Leaves are highlighted with dark green, blue, and olive green. All animal motifs are shown in profile and have the word "CANADA" written alongside them. All components are decorated with formline design elements; done in black, gold, green, dark red, orange, and lime green. Series number, no.2, title and artist signature written along bottom edge.
