Standing warrior figure (part a) with a white face. His black hair is tied in a bun at the top. Dressed in an armoured suit of orange, mauve, black, and red. He is carrying a sword (part c) in his right hand, and has two pike-like weapons (parts d-e) and a second sword (part f) attached to his belt. A gold bag (part b) trimmed with red is wrapped around his left wrist. (Head is removable--part g).

Bentwood BoxA3570 a-b

Northern style bentwood box, bent with the outside corners opened. Nails used on one corner and to attach bottom to sides. Holes bored in ends for handles. Three sides have incised rectangle. Border around rectangle is carved with vertical lines. Inside rectangles are carved horizontal lines. Lid, part (part b) has upstanding ridge on one side.

Geisha doll with full length figure dressed in a robe, predominantly of gold, green, and orange. Trim is red and white. Elaborate coiffure. Her hair is adorned with gold and pink flowers and red hair accessories. Some of her hair is tied up above her head and some of it flows down the front at either sides. Her left hand is upraised while her right arm is bent at the elbow so that her right hand can hold a piece of the fabric through which her left hand is attached. Standing on a black rectangular wood base.
