Yellow embroidery runs two parallel lines each way, forming square in the centre and at each four corners. At intersection of these lines is a yellow embroidered design element. At each corner of the cloth is another embroidered design in yellow and green. All sides hemmed in yellow.

Ecru tablecloth with embroidered designs. On the front are fu dog and cherry blossom motifs in silver, blue, pink and mauve. There are glass eyes, white fur and tin reflectors. Three edges are lined with silver braid on deep pink ground. The top edge and back is lined with natural-coloured cotton.

An off-white linen tablecloth with embroidered floral border on all sides, a central panel with scattered floral and cherry motifs, and corner panels with floral motifs. Designs worked in counted cross stitch with multi-coloured thread. All edges finished with four rows of hand-knotted cotton fringe. Pieced in two places, but the joins are concealed on the top side with decorative stitching.

White cotton tablecloth with wide border of white cut-work embroidery on all four sides. The border motif is a repeated diamond shape composed of small squares of alternating cut-out and solid satin stitch (Hardanger style). The embroidery is worked with glossy white thread, using a counted thread technique. Two halves of the tablecloth are joined in the centre with a seam.

Red tablecloth with embroidery. In the centre are floral, leaf, butterfly and bird (phoenix, peacock, egret) motifs arranged in a circular design on red ground. Towards the ends are bat motifs holding a ruyi sceptre and scroll. In the corners are floral and leaf motifs. The ends are black with a band of cream trim with a purple-green bird motif. The back is lined with blue silk.
