Tokuriki Tomikichiro (徳力富吉郎) was a woodblock print artist born in Kyoto. He was the twelfth generation of the family designated as the official artist of the Nishi Hongan-ji temple, Kyoto. He studied at Kyoto City School of Fine Arts, and was an influential figure in the Kyoto sōsaku hanga (creative print) movement and the shin hanga (new print) movement.
