Utagawa Yoshikazu (歌川芳員) was a ukiyo-e artist from Japan and was active around the 1850s–1870s. He was called Jirōbei (次郎兵衛) and Jirōkichi (次郎吉). He studied with Utagawa Kuniyoshi (歌川国芳). His gō/gagō (号/雅号) or artist names include Ichijusai (一寿斎), Isshunsai (一春斎) and Issen (一川). He produced many prints of various themes including Yokohama-e (横浜絵; “Yokohama pictures”), known for depicting non-East Asian foreigners and scenes in the city of Yokohama.
