Son of Charlie George Sr., his career spanned from the 1930s to the late 1960s. He produced many objects to be used in Southern Kwakwaka'wakw ceremonial purposes. He worked in the Blunden Harbour/Smith Inlet substyle. It's difficult to separate his work from other artists in the continuum, including that of his father and teacher, Charlie George Sr. He also carved small model poles and masks to sell to the tourist industry. His career ended abruptly in 1970 when he suffered a stroke which paralyzed his right side.
