Writeboards are a great way to collaborate with other RRN members. A Writeboard is an online document that your peers can also edit. Every time you save a Writeboard, a copy of the previous text is saved, allowing you to keep a log of how the document has evolved. When others start editing or adding to your Writeboard, you can see who has revised it, and which revision you would like to see, in the right hand side of the page.

Try it!

  1. Click on the Writeboard tab while viewing a project. Hint – you will only see this tab if you have the correct permissions. See Permissions
  2. Click on new Writeboard.
  3. Enter in a title and text in the space provided.
  4. Invite the people who you would like to edit your Writeboard by checkmarking their names at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click Create Writeboard and you’re done!
